Rapidly building case management software to help our Covid Helpline team support CEV and isolating residents

I initiated this project at Hackney Council having built a relationship with their Rough Sleeping team during my time on the RAMHP project.


I am overseeing a team who are working to visualise the narrative of people sleeping rough and working with the GLA to improve London's CHAIN database.
